猫咪社区鈥檚 Manager of Safety, Jason Timmons, will be presenting 鈥淪hifting to Operations Driven Safety鈥 at the National Safety Council鈥檚 annual congress in Indianapolis this fall.
A聽joint presentation with Christina Schulz of safety performance consultants the Hile Group, Timmons will outline the dramatic changes in 猫咪社区鈥檚 safety culture that have led to historically low incident and injury rates.
聽鈥淎s a result of a coordinated, company-wide effort, we鈥檝e been able to take 猫咪社区鈥檚 safety record to an all-time low,鈥 said Timmons. 鈥淭he employees in
the field and in the office have taken this safety initiative and turned it into a safety mindset and a safety culture. This effort has been so successful,
we鈥檙e actually applying the model to other areas of business鈥攁nd we鈥檙e really proud of that.鈥
The National Safety Council (NSC) is a non-profit organization with the mission of eliminating preventable deaths at work, in homes and communities and on the road through leadership, research education and advocacy. The NSC advances this mission by engaging businesses, government agencies, elected officials and the public to help avoid the fourth leading cause of death in the United States鈥攑reventable injuries.
